Pretty neat, but it irks me that I can't change gravity mid-air, would allow for some more entertaining puzzles while not making the game as punishing if you screw up a jump.

Night-Kolo responds:

Thank you for the feedback!

Love the concept, hate that the ants are lethal, makes doing platforming not as entertaining.

cu2koo responds:

Thank you very much for the feedback. Yes, you're probably right. It feels contradictory. I'll definitely revise this when I develop something new.
It's great that you played it and also took the time to give feedback. It helps a lot!

The gameplay loop does get a bit boring after a bit, but I beat all of the levels, and noticed that you can send the ball as the intro cutscene is still playing, and the gun power-up persists between levels. I do want the paddle to be incapable of shrinking further than the default state and have power-ups be far more readable.
Highscore: ~$2.5 Billion.
Make sure to add some stuff to make each city we demolish feel unique, and make the militias far more pronounced.

Outdated Review:
Needs WASD support, and the ability to rebind keys. I do like the concept behind it however. I'll grant you an extra star or 2 when those features are added, cause the screen scroll atm makes playing this impossible.

saltandpixel responds:

You can full screen the game, or click the game window to focus it. That will prevent the scrolling. Rebinding keys is something I can't get to right now. I might be able to add WASD support, later today.

Controls are far too slippery

NattoSumi responds:

Try wall bouncing!

NickSenny responds:

surprisingly, this is kind of the point!

Easy Highscore PB: 6350
I wish there was more of a progression of difficulty, feels kinda dry through the whole thing...

JacksonTXG responds:

I have a few ideas in mind for the occasion.

Pretty cool, but softlocks are incredibly easy to get, especially as the mech gets longer. If this could be prevented, it would be incredibly useful.

RowanFuture responds:

soft-locking fixed :)

A very impressive reproduction of the Pac-Man arcade games

Eventlesstew responds:

Thank you!

Could be fun if I knew what I was doing, and the wolf encounter is impossible when you run out of knives.

HatiValcoran responds:

It won't appear if you don't have at least a few knives, but I will increase the threshold for it to appear so newer players don't have to worry about supplies that early on. (Already updated.)

Thank you for your feedback, dwarfbatman ᘛ⁐̤ᕐᐷ✎❑

Seems like it could be fun, but it is deafeningly quiet

RichardOz responds:

Thank you! Unfortunately I'm already aware of the problem and I'm trying to fix it but the thing is that I use an emulator to run it on HTML5 and probably there's some problem with booting on Newgrounds, this doesn't happen on the itch page, you can play it with audio there (find the link in the description), by the way you can also download the ROM to be able to play on emulators, on NES with flashcard, NES mini and other things

Edit: the audio problem has been solved!

The lag makes it unplayable, would give a higher rating if I could find something like an itch demo...

WittGames responds:

Hello! There's actually a itch version here:

I am a digital artist and gamer, I also know a bit about web development.
If you want to wear or hang what I make on a whim, hmu!
