Nice, hopefully, next year we will get a Cascadia section... (Mostly so I can participate since I don't want to be associated with the US)

Pretty nice game, just wish saving was easier and that I could transfer my save between here and the itch version. Also, the rogue needs some serious nerfing, every quest is far too easy
Edit: 1 replay later, the rogue still remains too OP. I think it has to be smth to do with the fact that she can strike first, thus making high dmg builds pretty much mandatory.
I will see what I can do about the saving, as for the rogue i will probably make other classes better :)
Would be neat if the environment was more varied and shooting through floors was not locked behind a power-up. Also, the jumping enemies need to have their arc fixed so that the player does not take damage on the 3rd level from a jumper trying to reach the 2nd level.
Thank you for the suggestions. The jumping enemy bug will be fixed in the next update!
Way too laggy to be enjoyable sadly
I've had at least one other run into that. Seems to be an issue with how Chrome(or possibly other chromium based browsers) handle WebGL2 through ANGLE on Windows...
Waiting for Microsoft is make non-shit WebGL stuff... In the mean time, try another browser. I'm curious, what GPU do you have?
Game does not feel very satisfying to play, not to mention the AI prefers to spawn camp, which is not exactly a good way to make people wish to play
AI is made in a way to react to player's spawn with natural human delay which is 200 ms, AI players are just there to simulate whatever real players would do.
There are no specific respawn points and respawn algorithm does try to not spawn player near other players.
Thank you for your opinion, it is interesting to hear what game makes players feel.
Can't tell what could make it more satisfying so far though... Perhaps world breaking into physical rigid bodies rather than disappear into particles on explosion...
The game feels really sluggish and enemy variety isn't very aplenty. I also am not much of a fan of the movement controls being shifted to be esdf rather than wasd.
Here are some changes that really need to be addressed:
Change movement controls to WASD, add arrow key support
Add a reticule
Basic optional tutorial (can be a simple menu that tells the player what enemy does what)
Player needs to be faster
Gun needs to be more visible
Enemy spawns need to be disallowed near a player
Melee needs to have knockback
Disable music and sfx (made writing this review annoying hearing the loop
Enemy variety!
Easier to read health bar
kill and time stats visible in-game
changes that would be nice but not needed necessarily:
melee can send away projectiles
gamepad support
Make music loop better
Thank u for the feedback, there are arrow key controls in the game just forgot to mention and also I will try to improve sending away the projectiles as it is very clunky in the current game build
Honestly, that is the craziest damn mini horror game I have ever played, I just wish there was a bit more and that getting all possible endings wasn't such a pain
Thank you for playing and the feedback, it was created in just 14 days, I'm working on an update to address all the problems and bugs, and for sure a bit more to do.
